…making my design journey together with Joy. I realise that I was not her easiest client and a challenge to work with, yet despite this, she rose to this challenge with grace and always with a smile.

…and a pleasure to work with. Our brief to her was very broad (i.e. we’re the nightmare client who doesn’t really know what they want) and Joy worked diligently to eek out our preferences by providing a range of options for each key decision.

We hadn’t planned on using a designer but from the moment she became involved we didn’t look back. She listened to our brief and interpreted it with flair and imagination. She was professional throughout, sensitive to budget and great fun to work with.
